Because the ball mill is running in bad environment for a long time, there will inevitably be some failures. Therefore, mastering some maintenance methods is very important for reducing the failure rate and prolonging the service life of the ball mill.
1, properly regular the ball mill parking for one day, to carry out a more comprehensive inspection of the overhaul.
2, regular inspection of vulnerable parts, and timely repair or replacement, the operation of any abnormal situation, all immediately stop inspection.
3. Check the use of the fasteners regularly to check whether the fasteners are loose, and whether the steel ball is worn out.
4, the ball mill in the operation process, once the abnormal noise, strong vibration, current fluctuations and other problems, to stop the machine immediately to check the cause, and timely adjustment.
5. The temperature of the lubricating oil and reducer of the main bearing of the ball mill should be less than 55 degrees Celsius, and the maximum should not exceed 60 degrees Celsius.
6. Constantly monitoring the lubrication of each lubricating point, including the height of the lubricating oil surface, the state of lubrication and so on.
7, a month after the first use of ball mill, a lubricating oil needs to be replaced. When replacing, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the ball mill and clean up the previous lubricant. After the use of the process, to ensure that the replacement of oil every 6 months.
Usually, the working intensity of ball mill is relatively high, so the probability of failure is large, so the daily maintenance of ball mill is particularly important.
